LANDER SKATEBOARDS - Made from 100% fully certified recycled ocean plastic and glass fibre

Founded in Los Angeles by a small group of designers, manufacturers, and former professional skateboarders, Lander Skateboards began with a simple idea: to reimagine the classic cruiser skateboard. What started as a passion project—driven by curiosity and a shared love of skating—quickly evolved as early supporters engaged with the first prototype, helping shape it into the boards Lander produces today.

With a focus on both performance and sustainability, Lander decks are made from 100% recycled nylon sourced from abandoned fishing nets, reinforced with glass fiber for added strength and durability. Every detail, from board design to component selection, has been refined with input from former professional skateboarders to ensure each Lander board is built for real street performance and riders of all levels.

Lander boards are designed for everyone—from first-time riders to experienced skaters adding to their collection. Each board is intended to encourage more time outdoors and a stronger connection to skating.

No New Plastic

Lander decks are made using a proprietary blend of certified ocean-recycled nylon, fully derived from discarded fishing nets, combined with glass fiber to deliver strength and responsiveness. The company uses an efficient injection moulding process that eliminates material waste during production, reducing environmental impact without compromising performance.

Material Certifications

The recycled nylon used in Lander decks is sourced from an ISO 9001 certified supplier and independently verified by the IDFL Laboratory and Institute in accordance with Global Recycled Standards (GRS). It has also achieved UL 2809 Recycled Content Validation through the Environmental Claim Validation Procedure (ECVP), confirming its verified recycled content credentials.
