Shipping Policy

We aim to send orders placed before midday that same day, and if not the next weekday.

We use a range of courier services depending on the order size, weight and value and your location.

All methods of delivery are insured for your protection. 

In some cases your order might be delivered in multiple packages, we will advise you if this is the case.

If you need your order by a specific date please ensure you let us know by adding this to your order using the ORDER NOTES field in the checkout. If there is any issue with your required delivery date we will call you back.

Orders £50 and over

• FREE - Standard
• £4.95 - Express

Click and Collect

If you choose CLICK AND COLLECT at the checkout you will not be charged shipping and you can collect your order from our store in Porthcawl.

We will let you know once your order is ready to collect - normally this is within 24 hours. If you need your order to be ready for collection by a specific date please call the shop to check that this is possible. 

When you come to collect your order you will need to bring the "YOUR ORDER IS READY TO COLLECT" email that we will send you.
