Summer (June - August)
- Water Temperature: 14-18°C (57-64°F)
- Wetsuit: 3/2mm full suit (3mm in the torso, 2mm in the limbs)
- Accessories: Boots (optional), no gloves or hood
Autumn (September - November)
- Water Temperature: 12-16°C (54-61°F)
- Wetsuit: 4/3mm full suit (4mm in the torso, 3mm in the limbs)
- Accessories: Boots (optional in early autumn, recommended in late autumn), gloves (optional), hood (optional)
Winter (December - February)
- Water Temperature: 5-9°C (41-48°F)
- Wetsuit: 5/4mm or 6/5mm full suit (5 or 6mm in the torso, 4 or 5mm in the limbs)
- Accessories: Boots (5-7mm), gloves (5mm), and a hood (5mm)
