Monthly Surf Wax Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to our Monthly Surf Wax Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Overview

The Monthly Surf Wax Subscription provides recurring deliveries of selected surf wax products at a 10% discount compared to the standard one-off purchase price.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Payment will be taken automatically using your chosen payment method at the time of each renewal.
  • Your first payment will be taken at checkout when you start your subscription.
  • Future subscription payments will be charged monthly on or around the same date each month.

If payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess payment. Orders may be delayed or paused until successful payment is received.

3. Subscription Discount

  • Subscribers receive 10% off the standard retail price of eligible subscription products.
  • The discount applies only while the subscription remains active.
  • We reserve the right to amend product pricing. If prices change, subscribers will be notified before future billing takes place.

4. Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are dispatched monthly based on your subscription schedule.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent delivery intervals.

5. Changes to Your Subscription

You may:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip a delivery
  • Change your selected wax type (where applicable)
  • Update your delivery address or payment details

Changes should be made before your next billing date to affect the upcoming order.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before your next renewal date.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that billing cycle.

No minimum subscription term applies.

7. Returns & Refunds

Subscription products are covered by our standard returns policy.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

8. Stock Availability

In the event that a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, we may:

  • Delay shipment until stock becomes available; or
  • Contact you regarding a suitable alternative.

We reserve the right to discontinue subscription products.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these subscription terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
